Exchange and Return Policy
At COHL’S we offer an exchange policy, if the item you receive does not fit you can exchange it. Exchanges can only be made between sizes. Unfortunately, we do not cover return postage costs but we will cover the cost of getting your exchange back to you.
*Exchange policy applies as long as the items you want to exchange are in stock, and a maximum of 1 week from the arriving day.
**Limited Edition Collections are excluded form this policy as the returns are not allowed, and exchanges can only be made as long as they are in stock.
***Every order is processed with triple check, COHL’S is responsible for the quality and state of the item before shipping there so returns are not allowed.
THE POSTAGE/SHIPPING COSTS ARE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND.
If you do wish to exchange or get a refund for your order please email us at marketingcohls@gmail.com and we will inform you about the returning procedures. We will provide you with the return address and once we receive your order back returns are processed within 1-3 working days.
Please make sure when returning your item(s) they are in the same condition they were received in, otherwise we won't able to process the return.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the return drop off.

Shipping
(Depending on the flow, it could take up to 3 working days for your order to be shipped)
All Albania Domestic orders are sent by Albanian Courier which should get to you on 24-72h. All International orders are sent by DHL, once shipped your order will be updated with a tracking number and you will be able to track your items journey. European delivery times are usually between 3-5 days with USA/Australia & rest of the world at around 5-7 working days (this is just a guide, not guaranteed).

Orders are packed in our branded plastic bags and a second layer of DHL flyers for international shipments.
